Getting started

Open Alpineglow and tap the glowing button to start recording. Allow microphone access when asked.
Pause, or tap the flag to mark a moment. Tap the square to stop and save.
Scroll down to your recordings. Tap one to play it and read its transcript. Allow Speech Recognition when asked.

Common questions

No transcript appears. Make sure Speech Recognition is allowed for Alpineglow in Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition, then open the recording and tap “Try again”. Very quiet recordings may show “No speech detected”.

Does recording continue when the screen locks? Yes. Recording continues in the background until you stop it.

Where are my recordings stored? Only on your iPhone, inside the app. Deleting the app deletes them. Use Share to save a copy elsewhere.

How do I delete a recording? Open it and tap the trash icon, or long-press it in the list.
